Ingredients
  

Ground Beef
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Big Mac Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped pickles
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onions

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Sauce

    In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  2. Cook the Beef

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Warm the Tortillas

    Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave for easier folding.
  4. Assemble the Wraps

    Spread Big Mac sauce on each tortilla. Add lettuce, cheese, onions, and pickles.
  5. Add the Beef

    Spoon the cooked beef evenly over the fillings.
  6. Fold and Wrap

    Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.
  7. Optional Toast

    Lightly toast the wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes for a crispy exterior.
