  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Chicken

    Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them on the baking sheet.
  3. Season the Chicken

  4. Coat the Chicken

  5. Bake

    Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Rest the Chicken

    Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve

    Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
